Lasenza booking terms

Reservations

A reservation is created when the booking form is submitted. Management may require payment or a deposit before confirming some reservations.

Check-in and check-out

Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00, unless otherwise agreed.

Availability

Room availability is checked against active reservations. A booking can be reassigned to an equivalent room of the same category when operationally necessary.

Cancellation

Cancellation and refund decisions are handled according to the rate or arrangement confirmed with the guest. Contact the hotel for assistance.
